Role Description
The Senior Program Manager plays a strategic leadership role within the Professional Services organization, responsible for the successful delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations and transformative adoption of the Icertis platform and Vera AI applications.
This position is ideal for an experienced program leader who combines:
Enterprise consulting expertise Strategic stakeholder management Deep-domain knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business streams
You’ll lead multiple concurrent enterprise programs for global customers—driving governance, delivery excellence, executive engagement, and value realization across the contracting ecosystem.
Qualifications
Experience in enterprise consulting Strong stakeholder management skills Knowledge of CLM, S2P, and O2C business streams
