Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in line with brand and service standards.
- Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
- Handle guest requests and resolve queries professionally.
- Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support conferences, events, and other Food & Beverage activities when required. Essential Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills. Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, café, bar, or other hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
