ABOUT THE ROLE
As Global Senior Media Manager for Consumer Beauty , you will play a key role in turning Coty's global media strategy into clear, actionable and high-performing plans across markets. Operating within the strategic framework defined by the Global Media Lead, you will connect global brand ambition, consumer understanding and local market execution , partnering closely with Global Brand teams, local Media teams and Coty's global media agency. Combining media expertise, analytical rigor and strong market partnership , you will use campaign performance, competitive intelligence, SOM/SOS and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to optimize investment decisions, strengthen future planning and accelerate media effectiveness across Consumer Beauty. OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! In this role, you will directly contribute to media effectiveness, investment optimization and execution excellence across Consumer Beauty:
- Translate the global Consumer Beauty media strategy into market-ready guidelines, briefs and activation plans , connecting business priorities with consumer and media insights.
- Turn consumer, brand and business insights into clear creative and channel briefs that strengthen content and activation decisions.
- Lead campaign performance analysis, SOM/SOS tracking and competitive deep dives , translating results into actionable recommendations.
- Leverage Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and performance learnings to develop investment scenarios and support stronger media allocation decisions.
- Consolidate and track media plans and investments across markets, ensuring visibility, consistency and alignment with the agreed investment framework .
