Are you Are you the multidisciplinary lead engineer who will take our engineering department to the next level? Our engineering team designs technical solutions for complete theatre and show installations. Together with your team, you work with SolidWorks, Simulations, Ridder and other CAD systems to develop these solutions. As Lead Engineer - Mechanical, you manage the engineering team and oversee project planning, quality and feasibility. You move easily between office and workshop, ensuring that drawings align seamlessly with execution. You support management by substantiating technical decisions, optimizing processes and coordinating external partners.
You work independently and accurately, remain sharp under pressure and think in solutions. With your technical insight and drive, you motivate the team to meet every deadline successfully. Our ideal candidate has a background in Mechanical Engineering and several years of experience in a similar role, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
