Corporate Finance Associate At Your. Online, part of Your. World, strategic growth and value creation are central to our buy-and-build model. As Corporate Finance Associate, you will own the models and analyses that drive how the group manages its liquidity, leverage, and financing, and you will work directly on the materials that keep our lenders, investors, and Board informed. You will be employed by Your. Online and based at our Amsterdam office, while your work is carried out at Your. World group level. Your. World is an international investor in online service providers.
With 100+ acquisitions in 8 years, €850 million in revenue, and over 2,000 colleagues in 13 countries, we are building a strong portfolio in domain registration, (web)hosting, trust services, online marketing, and managed service providers. The role in our strategy Your. Online operates a decentralized model: local companies retain operational autonomy, while the group provides expertise, structure, and long-term capital. We grow both organically and through an active buy-and-build (M&A) strategy, backed by long-term capital that finances the group's continued expansion.
As we scale, so does the complexity of our financing. That is exactly where this role comes in. You will sit at the heart of the group's Treasury and Corporate Finance function, in a small, high-performing Corporate Finance team. You report to and are coached by the Corporate Finance Specialist, who manages the day-to-day lender and investor relationships together with the Group Finance Director. You also work closely with the FP&A, Tax, M&A, and segment finance teams across the group.
