About this role

As a CNC Operator, you create complex single pieces and small series. Not simple mass production, but machining where your technical expertise matters.

Wie zoeken we?

You are a CNC professional who wants to do more than just load a machine and start a program. You find it genuinely interesting to think about clamping, tools, and machining sequences. Because products vary greatly, independence, precision, and technical insight are essential.

  • A technical MBO qualification at level 3 or 4, for example in machining technology, production technology, precision engineering, or mechanical engineering.
  • Experience with independently setting up and operating CNC turning machines.
  • Knowledge of machining techniques, tools, materials, and cutting data.
  • Experience with technical drawings, dimensioning, and tolerances.

You are willing to work in two shifts. Monday to Thursday you work from 06:00 to 15:15 o'clock or from 15:15 to 00:30 o'clock. On Friday, working hours are 06:00 to 12:00 o'clock or 12:15 to 18:15 o'clock.

Wat bieden wij je?

As a CNC Operator, you won't be working on large quantities of the same product here. Production revolves around high mix, low volume: complex one-off pieces and small series where you think through clamping, tools and the best machining method yourself. You have room to suggest improvements and collaborate with R&D on technical challenges.

A salary of €3,319 to €3,923 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on relevant experience 13.3% shift allowance A temporary employment contract with prospects of a permanent position 27 vacation days 13 ADV days Technical training and courses tailored to your development needs Opportunities to develop further within CNC technology and process improvement Functieomschrijving You'll be working for an international machinery manufacturer in Lichtenvoorde with its own modern production environment. The manufactured components are used in technically advanced machines for the food processing industry. Within machining, multiple turning and milling machines are used. Production, engineering and R&D work closely together, which means technical knowledge is applied directly in practice.

  • As a CNC Operator, you're responsible for much more than just operating a CNC machine.
  • You assess the drawing, consider the correct clamping, select tools and determine a logical machining sequence.
  • The work mainly involves single pieces and small series.
  • This means you regularly face new technical challenges and can truly influence how a component is manufactured.
  • Independently set up, adjust and operate CNC turning machines.
  • Check and adjust CNC programs where necessary.
  • Determine clamping methods, tools and machining sequence.
  • Manufacture precise single pieces and small series.
  • Check dimensions, tolerances and surface quality.
  • Identify and resolve deviations during machining.
  • Perform first-line maintenance on machines and tools.
  • Contribute ideas for better and more stable production processes.
  • Support technical questions and new developments from R&D.

Are you a CNC Operator who gets enthusiastic about complex products, small series and technical variety? Then apply for this vacancy and discover a working environment where your expertise and ideas about the process are valued.
