About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team on a fixed‑term basis for one year, starting in September 2026. This role will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the academy and helping pupils to thrive both academically and personally.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport high‑quality learning for individuals, small groups and whole‑class activities.Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive and well‑structured learning experiences.Help create a positive and supportive learning environment where all pupils feel safe and valued.Provide targeted support to pupils with additional or specific needs.Assist with classroom organisation, resources and displays.Contribute to monitoring and recording pupil progress, feeding back to teaching staff.Promote positive behaviour and act as a role model in line with school values.Work collaboratively as part of the whole‑school team to support pupils’ wellbeing and development.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who:
