An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Assistant to join Pix Brook Academy, following the relocation of our current postholder. This is a pivotal role supporting the school’s leadership in HR matters in accordance with legal frameworks and BEST policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Data: Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR), oversee payroll data, and manage BromCom/Smartlog systems. Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising and interviewing to conducting DBS and pre-employment checks. Staff Welfare: Monitor sickness absence, trigger points, and annual leave while supporting the appraisal and flexible working processes. Administration: Provide high-level support to Senior Leadership. The successful candidate will ensure our recruitment process leaves all applicants with a positive image of the Academy.
