To support this growth logistically, our 10th distribution centre is being built in Lelystad. Construction is well underway, and the distribution centre is expected to become operational in early 2027. But that doesn't mean we're sitting still until then!
Our temporary distribution centre is currently working hard to ensure a smooth transition to the new location. As a Logistics Store Support Specialist, you play an important role in connecting our distribution centre, stores and various departments within JYSK. You ensure that the right goods arrive at the right place at the right time. Thanks to your strong organisational skills and attention to detail, our stores can rely on a smooth and efficient logistics process. No two days are the same!
Your responsibilities include
- Orders & planning : Checking store campaigns, creating orders and monitoring schedules and data. You will also process and check BOM orders.
- Coordinating deliveries : Organising and monitoring deliveries to our stores, as well as internal deliveries for company use.
- Administration & documentation : Checking transport invoices and ensuring all necessary import and export documents are accurate and complete.
- Supplier communication : Contacting suppliers whenever additional certificates or documents are required, ensuring everything is arranged on time.
- Quality control : Monitoring goods movements in accordance with our procedures and carefully handling damage reports for incoming deliveries.
