QESH Specialist - Lelystad Exciting opportunity - Join us as a QESH Specialist new site opening soon! We are recruiting for a Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health Specialist (QESH) to join our new team in Lelystad. Reporting to the Regional QESH Manager, this role will play a key part in developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the QESH management system across the operation. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact by championing health, safety, quality and environmental standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll work closely with site leadership, operational teams, contractors and employees to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.

- Maintain and continuously improve the QESH management system, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and applicable standards
- Coordinate audits, inspections, corrective actions and compliance assessments across warehouse operations, equipment, processes and contractors
- Conduct risk assessments, support incident and near-miss investigations, and help identify robust corrective and preventive actions
- Monitor QESH performance data, trends and compliance metrics, providing practical recommendations to management and operational teams
- Deliver QESH briefings, toolbox talks, training sessions and awareness campaigns to employees, contractors, agency workers and visitors
