Wat je gaat doen
- As an operator, you are responsible for a stable and efficient production process.
- You set up machines, monitor progress, and intervene when necessary.
- You ensure that production continues and that the quality of the product is always up to standard.
- You perform quality checks, prevent waste, and actively contribute to process improvements.
- You resolve minor malfunctions yourself, while for larger technical problems, you involve the technical service.
- Additionally, you collaborate with colleagues and provide support where needed on the shop floor.
- You are frequently on the move and have a responsible role within the production line.
- Depending on the department, you work either in day shifts or in shift work (without night shifts).
