Wat ga je doen?
- Set up and operate the powder coating system and robotic arm.Powder coat a variety of metal products, from furniture and lighting to shop interiors and components for high-end machinery.
- Check coatings for coverage, thickness, finish and overall quality.
- Carry out colour changes and monitor the coating process.
- Identify and resolve process deviations and minor equipment faults.
- Maintain machinery and tools.
- Suggest improvements to the coating process and the quality of the finished products.
Wat vragen wij?
- At least 3 years of experience as a powder coater or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of coating techniques and a good understanding of the powder coating process.
- Experience with Gema equipment or a comparable system.An accurate, responsible approach to work and a strong eye for quality.A willingness to suggest solutions and work closely with colleagues.
- You live in the Helmond area and have your own accommodation and transport to work.
