In this versatile role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our temporary employees, the client, and your colleagues at Flexspecialisten. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly and will be a visible presence on-site every day. With your proficiency in Polish or Romanian, complemented by English, you're able to effectively guide employees and build strong relationships.
You switch effortlessly between different tasks, maintain a clear overview, and ensure that commitments are met. Whether it's staff scheduling, coaching employees, or resolving challenges on the job: you take responsibility, focus on solutions, and always keep a cool head. In a nutshell - Position: In-House Recruiter - Location: On-site location at Jumbo in Veghel - Salary: €2,800 - €3,700 gross per month - Hours: At least 32 hours per week - Language skills: Polish or Romanian and English (Dutch is a plus) What are you going to do?
- You ensure that the right temporary employees are in the right place at the right time.
- You understand the needs of our client, Jumbo, and you know your pool of temporary employees.
- You bring these two together.
- Every day, you work closely with your colleagues at Flex Support and the regional account manager.
