- What you will be doingYou will lead engineering efforts to ensure the successful delivery of complex yacht projects.- Review and discuss Project Development information and delineate work processes during the pre-construction phase.- Oversee the quality of engineering work to ensure accurate interfacing and integration of data across disciplines.- Produce accurate plan drawings and technical specifications in accordance with Building Specifications and regulatory standards.- Approve engineering documentation and ensure the overall completeness of the scope.- Resolve complex technical issues proactively to maintain project timelines and quality.- Organize work activities and collaborate closely with co-makers to implement synergies.
