As a Learning Program Manager (learning & development manager / L&D program manager) in Veldhoven, you design, run and continuously improve the strategic learning programs for a large IT & Data organisation: from onboarding and graduate programs to an IT architect excellence track. For an international high-tech organisation in the Veldhoven region, Trinamics is looking for a Learning Program Manager who combines program management with instructional design and facilitation. You work closely with expert trainers, agile teams and business leaders, and help colleagues adopt new ways of working during organisational change.
