Caister Primary Federation is a group of two coastal schools and a special resource base providing education for primary school children aged 2 to 11 years. We require an experienced, dedicated, friendly and professional Teaching Assistant who can work effectively across the primary phase. Experience of supporting children with special educational needs and challenging behaviours would be advantageous.
Personal qualities are of paramount important, and the person appointed will be expected to display patience, enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility, and reliability. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
