Information: In this position, we offer insights into the aspects of discovery and characterization of biotherapeutics in a dynamic team within the biotech company. You will be working on the design, development and functional testing of assays ( SPR, ELISA) for the characterization of binding properties of innovative antibody-based therapeutics. Your Responsibilities:* Screen antibody candidates by High-throughput SPR* Determine binding affinities and kinetics ( SPR), or potency and efficacy ( ELISA) of antibodies, antibody fragments and multi-specific antibody-based proteins to their targets* Develop assays to measure binding affinity, kinetics, potency and efficacy (SPR and ELISA)* Maintain accurate written records of research activities including regularly updating electronic data and reporting data in written and oral presentations at different levelsWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who is keen on developing and learning new techniques, and who has a very accurate working style.
