Headsource are seeking an experienced interim manager to provide direction, pace and continuity during a transition period. The role combines strategic commercial leadership, people management and hands-on ownership of priority initiativesKey responsibilities
Lead an international Marketing & Product team, setting clear direction, priorities and expectations.
Drive the commercial agenda with a focus on customer value, growth and profitability.
Personally steer critical cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation.
Turn customer, market and business insights into concrete decisions and actions.
Act as a senior counterpart to management and stakeholders across functions and markets.
Ensure strong delivery while maintaining team engagement and continuity during the transitionRequired skills and educationSkills
Senior commercial manager with substantial experience from a complex, international business.
- Proven track record in commercial strategy, marketing and customer-driven growth.
- Strong people leadership experience, including leading through change or transition.
- Excellent project and programme steering skills, with demonstrated delivery of complex initiatives.
- Able to move confidently between executive-level discussions and hands-on execution.
- Strong business judgement, analytical capability and stakeholder managementEducationEducation and language
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, strategy or a related field, orequivalent senior commercial experience.
