About this role

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at High Greave Infant School. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at High Greave Infant School. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with our youngest learners, supporting their development, independence and love of learning across our infant school. The successful candidate will work as part of our highly supportive team, helping to create a warm, safe and stimulating learning environment where children feel secure, valued and excited to learn. You will support learning through a range of whole-class, small-group and individual activities, helping children to develop their language, social skills and early foundations for learning. High Greave Infant School is a welcoming, inclusive school where children are supported to grow in confidence, curiosity and independence. We are proud of the caring, nurturing environment we provide across all year groups, with a strong focus on relationships, communication and a love of learning. This post is for 32.5 hours per week, term-time only, working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be kind, patient and passionate about supporting young children, and will enjoy working as part of a close-knit team committed to providing the very best start for every child.
