As Business, Operations & Logistics Manager, you will be welcomed into a supportive team of professionals to:
Provide strong strategic and operational leadership across administration, IT, facilities, data, and reprographics.Lead and manage core support teams to deliver a professional, welcoming, and high‑quality service for students, staff, parents, and visitors.Take responsibility for the Academy’s IT and digital development, including systems, infrastructure, website, and external suppliers.Contribute to estates, facilities, health & safety, and site security management, promoting a safe and well‑maintained environment.Oversee critical daily operations including timetabling, staff cover arrangements, and data deadlines.Lead or support procurement activities, grant funding applications, and value‑for‑money initiatives.Ensure compliance with data protection, information governance, and wider statutory responsibilities.Plan and deliver key Academy events, supporting strong community engagement.Provide flexible support to senior leaders on projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement.This is a varied and influential role ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to supporting an outstanding educational environment.
