The role:
Lead and develop SEND provision across the academy Coordinate support and oversee interventions for students with SEND Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and the SEN Code of Practice Work closely with staff to embed inclusive teaching strategies Liaise with families and external agencies Manage EHCP processes and maintain accurate records
