Your key responsibilities will include:
Teach allocated students by planning teaching to achieve progression of learning in accordance with RSFC policies. Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are supported to succeed Using data to monitor student progress and implement strategies to support achievement Participating in departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum developmentMonitoring and intervene when teaching to ensure effective learning and maintain a safe environment in which students feel confident. Engaging in the college’s extensive enrichment programme and wider college life Contributing to the sharing of best practice and continuous improvement within the Drama facultyOur central purpose is to help our students realise their academic potential.
