- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient business operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, supervising staff, managing stock and supplies, and supporting the overall performance and profitability of the business.
- Duties and Responsibilities- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the business runs efficiently.- Supervising staff, preparing duty rosters, and monitoring team performance.- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.- Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination.- Monitoring cash handling, tills, and daily sales reporting.- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, food safety, and health and safety standards.- Supporting the implementation of promotions and sales initiatives.- Handling customer concerns and resolving operational issues promptly.- Monitoring operational costs and supporting business targets.- Managing in-store systems and acting as the main point of contact for operational or technical issues.- Ensuring the retail premises are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Candidate Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline (minimum NFQ Level 7).- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management, retail management, or food service management.- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.- Experience with POS systems, stock management, and sales reporting is an advantage.
