In this role, you will:
Lead the KS3 Inclusion Team: Manage a dedicated Inclusion Assistant to focus on learner provision and outcomes.Champion EHCPs: Lead the Annual Review process for all pupils within your Key Stage and monitor progress toward individual interim targets.Collaborate and Mentor: Act as a role model for outstanding practice, helping other teachers and staff adapt their delivery to meet diverse needs.Identify and Solve: Work with internal and external professionals to identify unmet needs and implement strategies for improvement.Support School-Wide Practice: Liaise with Curriculum Leads, DSLs, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure inclusive approaches are embedded throughout the entire school.
