Qualified Teacher Status.Experience of teaching KS2 children.Proven record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning.Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.Effective behaviour management skills including knowledge of de-escalation and self-regulation techniques.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.An unwavering commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.An ability to work effectively as part of a team.An ability to build trusting relationship with pupils, staff and families.Commitment to promoting inclusivity, well-being, and holistic child development.Ability to uphold our school ethos and values of being a Caring, Celebratory, Courageous, Christ-inspired Community rooted in Love.A willingness to engage with parents and the wider community to support pupils' learning and well-being.Desirable Criteria:
Experience of teaching KS1 childrenExperience of working within a Church of England School.A good understanding of SEND and strategies for inclusive teaching.Experience in leading extracurricular activities or subject coordination.A willingness to contribute to the wider school community.
