We are looking for a room leader who is humble, resilient and enthusiastic to join our 2-year-old provision staff team.
You will:
Have a Level 3 qualification in teaching assistance or equivalent
Have experience of working within the Early Years Foundation Stage, specifically with children aged two years oldBe able to plan and deliver appropriate activities to meet the needs of the children in the two year old roomHave experience of completing the ‘Progress Check’ for two year olds and other relevant assessments of development towards milestonesHave experience of liaising with a range of professionals (e.g Health Visitors)Be passionate about working with pupils in the early yearsBelieve that education is a vocation and be passionate about education in an urban settingBelieve strongly that all pupils regardless of their background are capable of reaching their full potentialBe excited about learning and achievement across a broad primary curriculumEmbrace high expectations of learning and behaviourBe committed to engaging pupils with teaching which produces accelerated pupil progressPossess an unswerving belief in reflection, collaboration, teamwork and feedbackDemonstrate outstanding communication and people skills
