IHRE AUFGABEN
- As a QualityCoordinator(m/f/d), you are responsible for creating and maintainingprocesses, work instructions, and standards for the site, ensuringtheir effective implementation.
- You support the continuous developmentof our Quality Management System (QMS) and initiate improvementmeasures for services, processes, and organizational workflows.
- Theconsistent execution and coordination of internal Layered ProcessAudits (LPAs), as well as the implementation of corrective andimprovement actions, are also part of your responsibilities.
- Incollaboration with your supervisor, you prepare and support otherinternal and external audits.
- You act as the central interface betweencustomers, operational teams, suppliers, and internal departments,coordinating quality-related inquiries, projects, and activities.
- Furthermore, you serve as the primary point of contact for customercomplaints and quality deviations.
- Together with the team, youcoordinate root cause analyses using the 8D methodology and ensure thesustainable and timely implementation of defined corrective actions.
- You coordinate quality-related assignments, support resource andcapacity planning, and ensure that employees possess the requiredqualifications and have completed the necessary onboarding andtraining.
- In addition, you prepare cost calculations for projectinquiries, for example, determining unit prices.
IHR PROFIL
- You havecompleted a commercial or technical apprenticeship/training program,or possess a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in theautomotive industry, preferably in the areas of quality management ormanufacturing, is considered an advantage.
- First leadership experienceand a strong technical aptitude are a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience with common qualitymanagement methods such as 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and ISO 9001.Excellent English skills (C1 level), both written and spoken, areessential due to regular communication with customers in English.
- Knowledge of Polish is an advantage.
- You hold a valid Class B driver'slicense and are willing to work in a two-shift system.
- Your profile iscomplemented by strong teamwork and communication skills,assertiveness, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
