Key responsibilities:
Supporting pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groupsAssisting teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessonsHelping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environmentPromoting independence, confidence, and resilience in pupilsSupporting pupils with additional needs, where requiredAssisting with classroom organisation and administrative tasks
We are looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for working with childrenIs patient, caring, and committed to inclusionHas good literacy, numeracy, and communication skillsCan build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsWorks well as part of a team and shows initiative
