Just over 30 minutes of picturesque driving from Norwich and Great Yarmouth (travelling in the opposite direction to most cars!) is The AIM Federation - an established federation of six schools and an SEMH Base located along the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and the Norfolk Broads. We have a good mixture of levels of teaching experience across the Federation of schools who work closely together to improve outcomes for our young people.
Not only will you be joining a dedicated and hardworking team at Horning Primary School, you’ll be collaborating with a wider team of around 130 staff in total, across the six schools, working together and striving to deliver the very best education for our local communities. Hours of work, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 3.30pm.
We are looking for candidates who;
Have experience working with EYFS/Key Stage 1 aged children on a 1-2-1 basisGood Numeracy and Literacy skillsCan form positive relationships with children, parents and staffAre able to support the children within the class and during break times including on a 1-2-1 basis.Have a calm, patient approach to supporting the needs of childrenAble to use their initiative to support learning & behaviourBe adaptable to situations and willing to work as part of a teamAre willing to undertake training and attend meetings as necessaryWe can offer you:
