Aufgaben
- Document Management:
- Creation and revision of QM documents (procedural instructions, work instructions, checklists)
- Maintenance and updating of the document control system
- Formatting and standardizing the layout of QM documents according to specifications
- Version control and archiving of obsolete documents
- Assistance with the creation of forms and templates
- Process Management:
- Comparison of existing process descriptions with actual practice (target-actual comparison)
- Support with process mapping and visualization (e.g., flowcharts)
- Assistance in identifying process deviations and opportunities for optimization
- Maintenance of the process map
- Audit Support:
- Preparing for internal and external audits (compiling documentation)
- Coordinating internal audit schedules
- Tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)• this job requires working on-site in MagdeburgQualifikation
