At Willow Farm Primary School, we are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated graduate to join our team as a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Aspiring Teacher.
This role is ideal for someone considering a future career in teaching and wanting to gain high-quality classroom experience before applying for teacher training. It would also suit a graduate with previous experience working with children, including school-based or voluntary experience.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a degree or is due to graduate this summer
• Is enthusiastic about working with children and education
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is patient, adaptable and willing to learn
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrates initiative and professionalism
• Has experience working with children or young people (desirable)
• Is considering a future career in teaching (desirable)
