We wish to appoint an Assistant Building Site Supervisor (Caretaker) at Prince Albert High School to provide a clean, safe and secure environment for users of our school buildings and grounds. The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) are a forward thinking and innovative Multi Academy Trust (MAT). About the Role
The successful candidate will be required to work at one of the schools within our Trust and will:
Demonstrate a high level of service and professionalismBe committed to ensuring the safety and security of staff, pupils, and visitorsCarry out routine maintenance and repairsOversee site cleanliness and ensure facilities are well-presentedSupport with health and safety compliance and emergency proceduresLiaise with contractors and suppliers when neededBe flexible and responsive to the needs of the school community PACT require the successful candidate to have:
Experience of using power toolsKnowledge of maintenance and cleaning techniquesAble to accept and follow instructions from SLT, Directors and Building Services Site ManagerFlexible to working shift patterns when requiredBasic IT skillsWe place bespoke professional development and support at the heart of all we do.
