We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Senior Analyst to join Copeland's Compliance & Ethics team. In this role, you will help shape and strengthen our global compliance programs, partnering with colleagues across functions and regions to promote a culture of integrity and ensure ethical business practices are embedded in everyday decisions.

This position is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

Key Responsibilities of the Role

• Help develop and continuously improve our global Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), ethics, and compliance programs.
• Coordinate third-party due diligence end to end, including risk assessments, screening, monitoring, and re-validation.
• Partner with business stakeholders across functions and regions to build compliance into processes and decision-making.
• Maintain compliance controls, governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, keeping them current and accessible.
• Drive training, communication, and engagement activities that build a strong culture of integrity and accountability.
• Support compliance work related to responsible sourcing, supply chain requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to M&A due diligence activities and the integration of acquired businesses.
• Coordinate projects, audits, monitoring activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, governance, internal controls, or a similar function.
• Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management principles.
• Experience coordinating projects or process improvement initiatives while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to build effective relationships across functions and organizational levels, with professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with ABAC, ethics, or third-party due diligence programs.
• Experience working in a global or multinational environment.
• Experience with policy development, audits, or compliance assessments.
• Experience delivering training or awareness programs.
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
