About the Role:To be a member of a multi-disciplinary team, under the leadership and supervision of the teacher/senior staff: work with individuals/groups to support the learning and physical/general care of pupils; enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teacher in the support of pupils and the classroom.The successful applicant will:
Have experience of working with children across the primary phaseHave the skills to support the learning, social interaction and welfare of individual pupils with a range of needs.Support the class teacher to provide the best opportunities and outcomes for our childrenBe motivated, flexible and understandingHave a willingness and enthusiasm to develop new skillsAbout the Trust
