Head Boys & Girls Swim Coach
Position Begins: 202728 School Year
Pella Community School District is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Boys & Girls Swimming Coach to lead, establish, and grow our high school boys and girls swimming programs beginning with the 202728 school year.
This is an exciting opportunity to build Pella's swimming programs, establishing a strong team culture, creating traditions, and laying the foundation for long-term success. With the opening of the state-of-the-art Pella Recreation Center, our student-athletes will have access to a beautiful new local facility and an outstanding environment in which to train and compete.
We are looking for a coach who is passionate about swimming, motivated to build a program, and committed to developing student-athletes both in and out of the pool.
Qualifications
- Valid Iowa Coaching Authorization required.
- Previous swimming coaching experience preferred.
