Qualifications
- Valid Ohio teaching license appropriate for assigned grade levels and/or content areas
- Winter 2026 college graduates are eligible and encouraged to apply
- Individuals completing their student-teaching during winter 2026 are eligible to apply
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective instructional strategies in reading and/or mathematics
- Experience using assessment data to inform instruction
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Additional preferred qualifications
- Experience working with at-risk or struggling learners across multiple grade bands
- Familiarity with progress monitoring tools and MTSS frameworks
- Knowledge of evidence-based intervention practices
