POSITION
- Maintenance Custodial Grounds
QUALIFICATIONS
- Successful completion of BCI & FBI background checks
- Negative pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to operate cleaning and landscaping equipment.
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
- Successful completion of a technical skills test related to essential job functions.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and the administration.
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to use most common hand tools.
- Willing and able to carry out the duties of the Job Description.
