Position Vacancy: Guidance Counselor (Grades 3–5)
Adair County Elementary School is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and student-centered Guidance Counselor to join our team!
We are looking for an individual who believes that every student deserves to feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. Our ideal candidate will play an important role in fostering a positive school culture while supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.

- Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Provide individual and small-group counseling to support student success.
- Develop and implement engaging guidance lessons that promote positive character, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to address student needs and remove barriers to learning.
- Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive school environment.
- Bring compassion, creativity, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
