About this role
We are seeking a part-time, midweek dispatcher to join our Patrol team.
Responsibilities include
- Collecting and updating daily operations information, including trail and lift openings and closures, and distributing information to the Mountain Operations department
- Receiving emergency calls and dispatching appropriate ski patrol or Mountain Operations staff to respond
- Completing daily operations paperwork and filing records accordingly Must be comfortable communicating via phone, radio, or in person and always provide excellent customer service to all guests and employees
Requirements
Candidates must be highly organized, detail oriented, and be friendly and outgoing. Strong computer skills are required. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively also required.
