Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: supervising staff, overseeing all maintenance and grounds keeping activity on site, working with vendors, controlling budget costs, keeping accurate paperwork for warranty information and equipment replacement, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates will possess 5 years of prior property maintenance experience to include team leader, supervisor, and/or vendor management experience.
