Hope Network is hiring Bus Drivers to join our transportation team! As a driver, you'll make a difference every day by safely transporting passengers and providing excellent customer service while representing the Hope Network mission on the road.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 24 hours per week
- Must be flexible and available to work 5am-9am and/or 1pm-6pm
What You'll Do
- Safely operate Hope Network vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies
- Assist passengers, ensure they are secured, and provide a safe, comfortable ride
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel as needed, and complete daily logs/reports
- Follow emergency procedures and passenger safety rules
- Communicate with dispatch and customer care using two-way radio
- Represent Hope Network with professionalism and kindness
What We're Looking For
- Passionate about safety and providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable following traffic laws, procedures, and safety rules
- Friendly, reliable, and a strong communicator
- Previous experience as a bus driver, shuttle driver, rideshare driver, or chauffeur is a plus
What You Bring
- Two years related experience preferred
- Valid Michigan Chauffeur's License (or ability to obtain)
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist passengers as needed
- Pass DOT physical exam, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to comply with HIPAA standards
