Have Primary School experience.Qualified(level 4 qualification or above) Have a commitment to excellence for all and be able to inspire children; Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour; Enjoy working in the outdoors (Forest School Leadership is desireable, training will be provided if necessary) Be prepared to complete a paediatric first aid qualification.
