Responsibilities
- Maintain buildings and homes in a professional and safe manner
- Complete work orders and job assignments in a timely and professional manner
- Interact appropriately and politely with all staff and clients
- Offer suggestions on how best to maintain buildings and homes
- Identify and repair all potential safety, maintenance or citation issues
Keep appropriate records and receipts
- On call 24-7 for all agency emergencies
- Must be available for snow and ice removal
- Must be flexible to stay late, or come in early or work weekends for projects or agency events as assigned
- Must be willing to perform all aspects of work in the Maintenance Dept. on an “as needed” basis (mop calls, landscaping, painting, cleaning, etc.)Essential Requirements:
- Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Twist/kneel/bend/squat/pull
- Stand on minimum 6 ft. ladder
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
