We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher who will:

Demonstrate developing subject and pedagogical knowledge, with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning, and a commitment to continually refining practice through coaching, feedback, and professional development.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues while managing classroom routines effectively.

Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour, believing that every child can succeed and reach their full potential.
Be a genuine team player, working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
