About this role
Role Description
You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years.

- Evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies.
- Make autonomous clinical decisions every day.

- Run efficient visits without sacrificing warmth.
- Close every loop without being reminded.
- Move comfortably between patients and platforms.
Qualifications
- Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.
- Active NP license (DEA preferred) and willingness to obtain additional state licenses.
- 3+ years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner.

- Comfort providing care via telemedicine.
- Expert level technical proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.
Requirements
- Experience in perimenopause and menopause care, including HRT.
- Experience in weight management, including GLP-1s.
