CLEANROOM PRODUCTION OPERATOR | MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
What You'll Do
Perform production, assembly, packaging, and inspection activities in a cleanroom environment. Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct in-process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Follow GMP, GDP, SOPs, batch records, and quality documentation requirements. Accurately complete production paperwork and electronic records. Use ERP/MRP systems to track materials, inventory, and production orders. Identify production issues and communicate solutions with supervisors and team leaders. Support production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. Follow cleanroom gowning, contamination-control, and safety procedures. Assist with overtime production needs to support customer demand and on-time delivery.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
2+ years of manufacturing or production experience Cleanroom experience preferred Experience operating production equipment or machinery Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and quality procedures Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Experience performing inspections and quality checks Basic computer skills and data entry experience Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Preferred Experience
Medical device manufacturing Packaging and inspection experience ERP systems such as SAP MRP inventory systems Electronic batch records and work order completion Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments Microsoft Office proficiency

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.90 - $20.90/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
