We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Prospect House Primary Specialist School
This is a permanent, full time role on Teaching terms offering MPS-UPS plus SEN allowance, to start on 1st September 2026.

This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who:
Has substantial experience working with pupils with severe, profound and/or complex learning difficultiesUnderstands communication needs, sensory regulation and personalised curriculum designIs passionate about embedding an“I can do”cultureWants to influence practice beyond their own classroomThrives in a collaborative, reflective and values-driven environmentDemonstrates consistently strong classroom practiceCan be reflective, resilient and solutions-focusedBuilds positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionalsContributes to whole-school improvement and collaborative workingYou must believe, as we do, that every child can achieve.You will play a key role in strengthening teaching capacity, modelling excellent practice and contributing to whole-school development.
