Trust IT Technician

Then this is the role for you!Mowbray Education Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Trust IT Technician to join the IT team. You will work alongside the Trust IT lead and team to ensure the smooth running of the technical IT service across all schools within the Trust.
This role is permanent, working 37 hours a week, Monday - Thursday (8:00am - 4:00pm) and Friday (8:00am - 3:30pm). The role will be working all year round (52 weeks per year) and will be based at John Ferneley College, Scalforad Road, Melton Mowbray, LE13 1LH
RoleThe role of IT Technician will involve working across several different areas including (Not an exhaustive list):
Service desk support
Assist in the management of the Trust ICT computer facilities & software
Assistance to staff and students using ICT - including software support
ICT hardware installation and maintenance
Maintaining accurate records
MIS and Data Management
