Westaff is looking for Manufacturing Operators in the Coventry RI Area for Immediate Start!
Location: Coventry, RI
Available Shifts & Pay Rates $22.00-$25.25/hour
Day Shift
- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
Evening Shift
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Rotating schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next
- Must complete 2 weeks of daytime training before transferring to the evening schedule
Summary
Manufacturing Operators support the production of life-saving medical devices in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Operate manufacturing and processing equipment
- Break down pallets and handle products in metal containers
- Use MES and other computer systems
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Monitor equipment and perform minor troubleshooting
- Follow strict quality, safety, and regulatory procedures
- Assist with inventory and material handling as needed
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience required
- Strong computer skills
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
