Our law firm is seeking a passionate, dependable, and motivated Removal Defense Immigration Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to immigration law and passionate about making a difference in the lives of immigrant families.
Responsibilities include representing clients in removal proceedings, bond hearings, master calendar hearings, individual merits hearings, asylum cases, and other forms of immigration relief.
Qualifications
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Licensed attorney in good standing.
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage cases, meet deadlines, and work well with a team.
Immigration experience preferred but not required.
Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply! We are willing to train the right candidate.
